The Winter Solstice is one of the traditional Chinese festivals, symbolizing reunion and warmth. To promote traditional culture and enhance team cohesion, FUNAS & ANGGU held a unique Winter Solstice dumpling-making competition on December 21, 2024. All the company's employees gathered together to jointly experience the warmth and joy of the festival.
On the day of the event, the cafeteria was decorated in a particularly festive manner, with various dumpling fillings and doughs placed on the tables. Employees formed teams by departments to participate in the competition. Everyone was eager to show their skills in the competition. With the host's command, the dumpling-making competition officially began. The team members worked collaboratively, some rolling out the dough, some filling the dumplings. The atmosphere was lively, and laughter and joy were continuous.
During the competition, not only did everyone compete in speed, but also paid attention to the creativity and appearance of the dumplings. Some teams made dumplings with unique shapes like "bao yuan" (money bags), while others demonstrated exquisite skills in making "flower-patterned dumplings". The judges scored the dumplings based on multiple dimensions such as quantity, appearance, and creativity, and finally selected several awards including "Best Team Award", "Most Creative Award", and "Fastest Hand Speed Award".
In addition to the dumpling-making competition, the company also prepared a sumptuous Winter Solstice dinner for everyone. The steaming hot dumplings, delicious dishes, and warm atmosphere made every employee feel the warmth of the company family. At the end of the event, the company leaders presented prizes to the winning teams and thanked all the employees for their hard work throughout the year.
